SAMPLE WORK · SCHEDULING DEMONSTRATION

A more intentional working week.

A before-and-after scheduling example that makes space for preparation, focus, and clearer priorities.

The scheduling problem

Back-to-back meetings and fragmented work blocks make it difficult to prepare and concentrate. A useful calendar needs to reflect the work around the meeting as well as the meeting itself.

The approach

Organize the week with color-coded commitments, protected focus blocks, meeting preparation time, and clear personal boundaries. Confirm attendee time zones and priorities before committing changes.

What this demonstrates

This is a sample schedule, not a measured client engagement. It demonstrates how I structure a working week. Actual focus time protected depends on the client's workload, meeting requirements, and agreed availability.
